First Steering Committee Meeting
22 Nov 2011 in Ulan-Ude, Russia the First Steering Committee Meeting was held.
Agenda of meeting included the presentation of the project to the Steering Committee members and observers including overview of the project goals, objectives and outcomes; coordination, implementation and management arrangements; GEF M&E requirements. Also it was a discussion on the project governance, strategy and priorities.
Project manager presented the budget and working plan for the project first year.
The results of discussions and Steering Committee resolution was published in the minutes.
